These uniquely shaped heat patches are designed to be worn across the shoulders in a “u" shape, providing heated relief for up to twenty hours. The patch itself will stay warm, once activated, for ten hours, and once removed the relief can continue for a further ten hours without the patch! Heat radiates through to the source, easing muscle tension, improving stiffness and increasing mobility. Each pack contains two single use patches.

How To Use

Do not open the patch until you are ready to use it. Once open it is activated by air and starts to heat up immediately. Open by hand, do not cut with scissors. Adhere to the clothing around the shoulder / neck area. Do not apply directly to skin. Do not leave on for more than ten hours.
